Ilizabeth Gilbert
Hi Friends! My name Ilizabeth and I’m the face behind The Baking Flutist! I am a licensed baker and live and operate in Elk Grove, California, just right outside of Sacramento.
I became licensed over a year ago, but I have been baking for my friends and family almost my entire life. I was fortunate to grow up in a multi-generational household with my Grandma living with us. She and my Mom, as well as my other Grandma, instilled a love for baking and cooking.
I am a flutist and play locally in several groups, both bands and orchestras. However, when things shut down in 2020, so did live music. I decided to make my dream of owning my own cookie business a reality! And the rest is history!
I’m a Mom to two incredible young men, my oldest is 24 and my youngest is 20. One is a chef, one is a musician! I love Sacramento and am so happy to be here to bake for you!
